• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way service model.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
