Job summary

• Drive store financial performance, monitor budgets and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using OBW model.
• Coordinate plans for merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to meet staffing needs.
