Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced store leader to develop teams, oversee daily operations, and drive financial performance.

You will teach, coach, and engage associates across departments, ensuring customer service aligned with the One Best Way (OBW) model and company standards. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, planning, and monitor inventory and merchandising to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining a culture of belonging and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college
• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience
• 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required
• For facilities that sell only ammunition, a state Certificate of Eligibility may be required
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in designated area.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and resolves customer issues to enhance the customer experience.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to ensure optimal sales and shrink control
