Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking an experienced store leader to drive sales and develop teams in Beloit, WI. The role focuses on coaching associates, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, optimizing merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company standards while promoting a culture of belonging across the team.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback; communicates store direction and changes.
• Manages store financials by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures sales growth and proper inventory and merchandising.
• Ensures customer needs are met, resolves issues, and champions a culture of belonging and integrity.
