Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory management in our stores. The role includes merchandising stock to planograms and ensuring a great customer experience.

Ideal candidates will handle signage, pricing, and cash-related tasks, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with team members. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP). Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
