Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a great customer experience.

You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory tasks, and merchandising to planograms while supporting cash handling and loss-prevention efforts. Ideal candidates will collaborate with team members, focus on customers, take initiative, and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive stock and shipments.
• Administer daily tasks and merchandising to a planogram.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory.
• Print and place signage and price signs.
• Handle cash.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
