Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to manage shipping and receiving, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure an excellent shopper experience. You will operate within a fast-paced retail setting, handling signage, POS tasks, and asset protection while supporting team goals and standards.

Ideal candidates are dependable, with strong organization and communication skills, available to work weekends and evenings, and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks and stock management.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of gear and items.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stock and merchandise to planograms foroptimal presentation.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Process cash handling accurately and securely.
• Maintain shrink awareness and implement controls.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
