Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse client base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays; valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and related metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks, including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and process payments via POS.
• Complete daily deposits and make courtesy calls for late payments.
