Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales and DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding docs.
• Handle cash management tasks including deposits and security procedures.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties and data entry while ensuring accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
