Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with store management
• Experience with onboarding and training associates

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Assist store management with scheduling and onboarding new Associates.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and cash office duties.
• Support operations, inventory, and coverage across the store.
• Promote safety, adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Promote and support credit and loyalty programs.
