Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a store associate to support management, deliver exceptional customer service, and keep the store clean and organized. You will engage customers, participate in the hiring/onboarding process, and assist with associate training and scheduling.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership position, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management with administrative functions and scheduling.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Performs daily cash office tasks and maintains cash office standards.
• Supports training, onboarding, and associate development.
• Maintains proper coverage and communicates priorities to the team.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and helps achieve shrink reduction goals.
