Responsibilities

• Orchestrate truck deliveries and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
