Responsibilities

• Assist store management with administrative tasks and store operations.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and stocked sales floors.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and associate records.
• Handle daily cash office functions and reconcile tallies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Communicate priorities clearly to team and management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and store safety.
• Participate in training and development of associates.
