As a store leader, your responsibilities include empowering associates, solving problems through critical thinking, and maintaining the accuracy of store-level accounting functions.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs of force frequently, and 10/20 lbs constantly. Ability to stand, move, and handle materials, including using knives and sharp instruments. Good vision and hearing are required, along with the ability to work on slippery floors.
