Job Title: Store Office Manager at Pyramid Foods

As a store leader, your responsibilities include empowering associates, solving problems through critical thinking, and maintaining the accuracy of store-level accounting functions.

Daily Operations
  • Providing exceptional service to all customers
  • Training and staying current on office management policies
  • Mentoring team members on cashier policies and coaching
  • Maintaining accounting functions such as settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers
  • Assisting in other store areas as needed
Company Standards
  • Communicating with management and staying updated on policies and procedures
  • Maintaining records compliant with regulations and policies
  • Adhering to company policies, including dress code and name tag enforcement
Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs of force frequently, and 10/20 lbs constantly. Ability to stand, move, and handle materials, including using knives and sharp instruments. Good vision and hearing are required, along with the ability to work on slippery floors.
