Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager.

Full Time – Entry Level.

Directs: Store Office Assistant, Guest Relations Manager.

Your role as a store leader includes empowering associates, solving problems through critical thinking, and maintaining the accuracy of store-level accounting functions.

Daily Operations
  • Providing exceptional service to all customers.
  • Becoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on current policies.
  • Training team members on cashier policies while mentoring and coaching.
  • Maintaining store accounting functions, including settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers.
  • Assisting in other areas as needed.
Company Standards
  • Communicating with management and staying updated on company policies and training procedures.
  • Maintaining records in compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Ensuring adherence to dress code and name tag policies.
Physical and Functional Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently. Must have dexterity in both hands, stand, move about, and handle materials. Ability to use knives and sharp instruments is required.
