Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager.

Position Details: Full Time – Entry Level.

Directs: Store Office Assistant, Guest Relations Manager.

In our friendly, flexible environment, you will help us deliver outstanding service in a clean, welcoming atmosphere. As a store leader, your role is to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking, while maintaining the accuracy of store-level accounting functions.

Daily Operations:

  • Providing exceptional service to all customers.
  • Training and staying updated on current policies as Office Manager.
  • Mentoring team members on cashier policies and coaching them.
  • Maintaining store accounting functions, including tills, deposits, and monitoring cashiers.
  • Assisting in other areas as needed.

Company Standards:

  • Communicating with management and staying informed on policies and training procedures.
  • Maintaining records compliant with regulations and policies.
  • Enforcing dress code and name tag policies.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs., exert force, stand, move, and use sharp tools safely. Good vision and hearing are necessary, along with physical stamina for various tasks.
