Directs: Store Office Assistant, Guest Relations Manager

In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your leadership in the store will involve empowering associates and solving problems through critical thinking. Additionally, maintaining the accuracy of the store's accounting functions is essential.

Daily Operations
  • Providing exceptional service to all clientele
  • Becoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on current policies
  • Training team members on cashier policies while mentoring and coaching
  • Maintaining accounting functions at store level, including settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers
  • Assisting in other areas as needed
Company Standards
  • Communicating with management and staying updated on company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining records in compliance with regulations and policies
  • Adhering to all company policies, including dress code and name tags
Physical and Basic Requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and 10/20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterity in both hands, stand, move between workstations, and handle materials. Ability to work on slippery floors and use sharp instruments is required.
