Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Fort Worth is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and executing the merchandising strategy. You will coach and train your team to consistently deliver AE brand Visual standards and ensure floorset execution, replenishment, and guest readiness.

As a people leader, you recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to lead and develop teams; basic employment law understanding.
• Business acumen with a guest-focused mindset.
• Flexible availability to meet guest shop hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to deliver AE Brand Standards and maintain floorset execution.
• Lead and develop team through real-time coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Recruit and train strong talent to meet business needs and ensure staffing continuity.
