Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy.

You will lead, coach, and train your team to deliver AE Visual standards daily and ensure floorsets meet brand expectations. You will drive sales through effective replenishment, optimize in-store performance, and uphold guest-ready standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong focus on visual merchandising standards and floorset execution.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Knowledge of replenishment and stock management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the merchandising team to implement store merchandising strategy.
• Ensure floorsets and brand visuals meet AE standards and are guest-ready.
• Drive sales through optimizing in-store productivity and guest experience.
• Recruit, develop, and provide ongoing coaching to store staff to improve KPIs.
• Maintain store operations, safety, and asset protection in line with company policies.
