Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising day-to-day and respond to sell-through priorities.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent for coverage needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure guest-ready fitting rooms.
