Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and provides training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with compliant product placement and signage.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
