Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and customer service quality.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
