Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure shelf availability.
• Sets up and maintains store displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties: cash, doors, alarms, daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and updated promotions; maintains Inventory Integrity.
