Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations, cash handling, merchandising, and customer service. You will lead a team, train associates, and ensure promotions align with corporate guidelines.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task with flexibility, including weekends. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick sales floor placement.
• Manages store displays, signage accuracy, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Instructs and coaches associates; drives sales and manages expenses.
• Executes market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity processes.
