Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily operation readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effective performance and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and signage per corporate guidelines.

Education
