Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to quickly place items on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signs, and promotions per corporate resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per guidelines; ensures inventory integrity.
