Job summary

The Michaels Stafford store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and daily store operations. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards while ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotions, keeping the store customer-ready.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, providing MOD coverage, managing stock, and training team members to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to plan workloads and prioritize daily tasks.
• Experience with inventory control and store operations.
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning, staffing alignment, and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization, shrink reduction, and store damages procedures.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
