Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
Provide MOD coverage, sustaining floor leadership and service.
Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and prioritization with store leadership.
Maintain in-stock levels with Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support a clean, organized, customer-ready environment including backrooms.
Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
Execute ad sets with compliant promotions and signage.
Complete price changes accurately across the floor and systems.
Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and returns processing.
