Job summary

Five Below in Feasterville Trevose, PA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to oversee receiving, stocking, display setup, and daily store operations.

You will lead store associates, train new hires, manage opening/closing routines, cash handling, and respond to customer needs while driving sales and excellent service.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, and the ability to multi-task, stay composed under pressure, and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages display setups and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles store opening/closing, cash security, door locks, and alarm setup for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plans with proper signage and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
