Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays per corporate guidelines and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing of store, cash handling, and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activity of store associates and training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with proper signage and promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process.
