Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Missouri seeks an experienced Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and staff performance.

You will lead the team, manage displays, execute the market plan, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash handling, locks, alarms, and daily operations readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan per corporate guidelines for displays and promotions.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity processes.

Education

High School Diploma

College experience preferred
