Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Richmond, KY store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. The role focuses on truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to create a customer-ready environment.

You will lead workload planning, stock movement, and in-store presentation, while coaching the team and maintaining asset protection practices to reduce shrink and improve results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising execution and store standards.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy and in-stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain visual standards and planogram sets in line with company expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee truck unloading, stock flow, and replenishment to the sales floor.
• Execute ad sets and price changes accurately and on time.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members through structured onboarding and ongoing development.
