Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed and team held accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
• Handle price changes and coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
