You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through effective workload planning and inventory management, leading a team to meet store performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and staffing alignment.
• Experience with planogram and visual standards.
• Knowledge of in-stock optimization and replenishment.
• Ability to manage pricing changes and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Manage in-store inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members.
