Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations on a part-time basis. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to create a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Store Manager, managing in-stock levels, executing promotions, and supporting SOP compliance while developing team members and maintaining asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage inventory, planograms, and visual standards.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and coordinate staffing with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization and in-stock levels.
• Ensure accurate Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Support pricing changes, promotional signage, and ad sets.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store and RTV/ASN processing.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; support asset protection.
