Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Jackson, TN store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong planning and stock control. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with a focus on SOP adherence, staff accountability, and effective floor

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring unloading and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
