Michaels Stores in Knoxville, TN seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, ship-from-store fulfillment, in-stock optimization, and team development to deliver strong results in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead store operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Lead truck execution, accurate sorting and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and in-stock levels.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed and shipped correctly.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Develop teammates through onboarding and ongoing coaching across departments.
