Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Conroe, TX seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, ensuring accurate pricing, in-stock levels, and customer-ready presentation. You will lead truck processing, planogram sets, and visual standards while maintaining SOP compliance and team development.

You will manage workload planning, inventory control, and promotional execution, with responsibilities including backroom organization, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and move throughout store.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Experience with planogram execution and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and SOP compliance.
• Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
