Job summary

Michaels Stores in Maynard, MA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across the store. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

You will lead workload planning, provide MOD coverage, and uphold in-stock levels and in-store customer readiness while partnering with leadership to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising and inventory routines.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes and ensure timely unloading and flow of merchandise to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
