Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at BOS-Braintree, MA to drive merchandising execution and store operations. You will coordinate truck processing, planogram sets, pricing, promotions, and inventory control to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will lead workload planning, partner with leadership to align staffing, and provide MOD coverage while maintaining visual standards and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Strong organization, planning, and team-coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SOPs and company programs to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stocking, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and price changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
