Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Manage pricing accuracy and promotional execution across the store.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processing, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
