• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Experience executing planograms (POG) and visual standards

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unload and sort merchandise for the sales floor
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership
• Oversee SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and service standards
• Execute price changes and ensure pricing integrity across the store and systems
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes
• Support asset protection and shrink-reduction initiatives
