Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Fort Worth to lead merchandising and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store.

In this role you’ll manage workload planning, SOP adherence, and staff development, while ensuring accurate pricing, promotions, and stock movement across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and compliance.
• Ability to lead truck processing and planogram execution.
• Strong organizational and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and SOPs by team.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Manage price changes and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASNs adjustments.
• Train and develop team members in assigned departments.
