Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our DFW area store in Fort Worth/Hulen to lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. The role ensures accurate pricing and timely promotional execution, creating a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising and store operations.
• Strong planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
