Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and shrink control.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution and store standards including planograms and pricing.
• Manage truck processing and in-stock routines to ensure timely replenishment.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processing for inventory accuracy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
