Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Set up and maintain displays; ensure signage and promotions follow corporate guidelines.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the store, and alarms.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff and customer service.
• Support onboarding and training of associates and reinforce store policies.
• Drive sales by improving merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Execute market plans with product and signage aligned to corporate standards.
