Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Garland, TX is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for implementing the merchandising strategy. You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO visual standards and ensure floorset execution, replenishment, and a guest-ready store.

You will lead by example, drive sales, manage today’s operations, and recruit and develop talent while upholding safety and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver guest experience and brand standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent and train the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Maintain visual standards and replenishment across zones.
• Uphold store safety and Asset Protection policies.
