Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing floor and fitting room productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell‑through actions to maintain brand standards.
• Motivate and develop the team, conduct coaching, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and service levels.
• Provide ongoing feedback and real-time coaching to improve results and engagement.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection in line with company policies.
• Model integrity and uphold AEO policies in all store operations.
