You’ll train and coach a team of merchants to deliver AEO visual standards and a best-in-class guest experience, ensuring floorsets are executed flawlessly and replenishment keeps the store guest-ready. You will recruit, train, and lead the team while driving sales as the Store Team Leader's go-to, balancing short- and long-term business

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver AEO brand visual standards and guest experiences.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to ensure strong store coverage.
• Provide real-time coaching, set development plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain store operations, safety, asset protection and adherence to policies.
• Lead daily merchandising, replenishment and floorset execution to guest-ready standards.
