Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and executing the merchandising strategy, ensuring floorset execution and brand visual standards, and keeping the store guest-ready through replenishment.

You will coach and train your team, recruit talent, drive sales as Leader on Duty, uphold safety and asset protection, and continuously improve guest experience across all zones.

Qualifications

• Lead merchandising strategy and floorset execution to brand standards.
• Coach and train store team to deliver guest-ready service and best-in-class experience.
• Replenish inventory and manage stock to support sales and KPIs.
• Develop talent, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Responsibilities
